It's Home designer Pro. I did follow all those steps when I export a picture of the room it turns it red. Here is an example of what it does when I export the picture

I can't get my mirrors to automatically reflect the image. I have the 2015 version and changed all my preferences on the render portion to reflect in mirrors. This still doesn't happen automatically. Is there something else that I need to change?

Yes all the rooms have the same ceiling height. I actually figured out the problem and it has been fixed. Thank you for the help with it

I don't know if anyone can help me with this or not. I am having a hard time getting the roof plane to match up with the surrounding planes. I have tried to lower and highten the pitch and that hasn't worked. When I change the pitch the top part goes really high and the bottom part sinks in lower. I tried to join the funny piece and the piece to the left together it pulls the left piece really far down and makes holes in the ceiling. I'm not sure what to do to fix the problem with the roof. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
