I asked for help the last time but no-one seems to know what the problem is....so I updated the program from Home Designer Interiors 2019 to Home Designer Architectural 2022 thinking that might help. It did help a little. I went from seeing black shadows to little squares. Can anyone help me and tell me why am I seeing this? I have Home Designer Architectural 2022. My computer is updated and it meets all the requirements. There is a line of little squares going across my screen in the program. See picture.

When I change my material that material is not showing up. See video below. I changed to a dark countertop and it came out different. The floor is doing the same thing as you can see in the video. Home.mp4

Can anyone help me and tell me what is wrong? I'm using Home Designer Interiors 2019. It has been working fine up until September 1, 2021. Most of my wood, tile and counter top materials that came with the program are not showing up. I don't know if there is a glitch in the program. I try to change it and it keeps looking like this. It also appears to be this black shadow that I can't get rid of. I don't know what is going on. Zee
