In CA in the WUI district (Wildlife-Urban Interface), decks need to be enclosed underneath. I can't get Home Designer to build a perimeter foundation with the deck bearing on the foundation wall. I have used the foundation wall tool, the pony wall tool, etc. and tried the various deck tools over. Something weird always happens. Anyone know how to accomplish this? Thanks
