I am trying to flip some dimension lines from left to right or top to bottom . I highlight the dimension line and use the rotate arrow and swing it around but the numbers revert back to the what they were originally which is upside down for what I want . What am I doing wrong?

Hello All : Is there a way of doing a pole barn structure in Home Designer 2019 ? I can't seem to find an easy way of doing a pole barn structure with poles , purlins, trusses , steel cladding etc. as is required for permits here in Ontario. Thanks
