I have built a design with two floors. The separate garage unfortunately also has two floors. When I remove the 2 storey on the garage I also lose the 2 storey of the house. I tried "building' a garage on a fresh file, done successfully with only one storey, I copied this single storey garage and placed it on the drawing with my house whereupon it instantaneously "grew" a second storey which cannot be removed without losing the second storey on the house as before. I am sure there must be a simple answer to this problem but I cannot locate the solution. Any advice?
