I have the HomeDesigner Suite 2015. When ever I create a 3D view of the house I can only see the 3d image if I am rotating the image around. When ever I am not the image disappears and the window in fully white. This means I cannot select anything in a 3D view and is really making a lot of things difficult. does anyone know how I might be able to make the 3D images stay so I can make alterations in a 3D view?

How do you control where the posts under a deck go? I have made a deck that goes along the front of the 2nd floor, underneath the deck on the first floor in the garage. There are a large amount of posts which support the deck and they are blocking the entrance into the garage. How do I reduce the number of these posts, there are way more than necessary, and how do I control where they are located?
