    Bonus over garage

    I am having a challenge getting a second floor bonus room to work above a garage in my HD Suite 2017. The garage is detached, and drawn on same plan after I drew the two story house. If I try to "add story" to the garage it prompts me to "add a third story" to the house instead. How can I add the second floor to the detached garage only?
