Using HD2019 in Windows 10. When I print a plan, the image shows but not the text. Is there a setting preventing this?

In Home Designer Pro 2014, I cannot get  the smallest fraction to stay at 1/2". When I open the program the smallest fraction returns to 1/16".

Can someone help?

David, there is no "Save" per the attached.

The smallest dimension fraction is 1/16 by default. I changed it to 1/2 but it goes back to 1/16 when I restart the program. How do I get it to stay at 1/2?
