Hi there, using Home designer pro 2019. I live in Alberta, Canada and there is generally a requirement for a thickened slab(around perimeter) for garages and shops. Is there a way to draw that in the program or do I have to insert a Cad detail call out for that particular item. Thanks

Using Home Designer Pro 2012, designing an addition to a customers home, crawlspace foundation. In order to stay 4' minimum in the ground(for frost reasons where we live) I have to put stepped footings in. Following the instructions but I'm not able to get this to work. Would appreciate help with this if possible. Thanks, AllanV
