i have a project that is to remodel and to add a deck to the existing structure at the second story floor / Ceiling line.
The site is very steep and the front existing entrance was created with retaining walls.
you enter a driveway parking area that is at ground level the home appears to be 1 story from the front. the site then steps down behind the retaining wall to reveal that the structure is 2 story. from the back you can see both stories in the entirety. How do you draw this in Home designer? is there a tutorial some where ? Can I draw the structure then adjust the topo?
