Jo_Ann, thank you for trying to help me out. I see in your .jpg of dollhouse view that the stairs down to the -54" laundry room extend through the wall dividing the two elevations of level 1 but the stairs going up to level 2 from the 0" elevation of level 1 start at the dividing wall and you appear to have drawn a doorway for them to pass through. In my plan, the "up" stairs from level 1, 0" elevation (living room) start about 24" from dividing wall and extend through that wall to level 2. I have attached three .jpg pictures showing the issues I'm having. First, the wall I draw dividing the two levels does not extend up to the ceiling height of the 0" rooms of level 1. And there is also a portion of that wall that doesn't extend down to the floor of -54" level in the front of garage. Next, there is a "raw edge" showing where the stairs pass through this wall and there is no ceiling in the "kitchen side" of the stairwell from kitchen down to the laundry/garage level.
Since you don't have the 2024 version of the software, I don't know if you can help me figure this out. I've attached my latest "plan" file. Maybe someone else that has that version can lend some help?
