Thanks for your reply. I uninstalled and deleted all the files assoiated with the software.

My Home designer pro 2016 suddenly stopped working and will not re- install. My Mac Book Pro is fine (16mg memory) but the software has completely crashed and will not re install. I have a project due tomorrow and can't wait until tech support re opens. Can anyone assist me. Nothing happens with I click on the icon, additionally it gets hung up during the install. I have even tried to reinstall from the CD.. 2008 Olympian
