Has the terrain modifier flat region height been deprecated? Is the manual example/illustration wrong?
I am trying to use the terrain modifier flat region to create a flat area relative to terrain (HD Pro 2025). Older video's seem to suggest/show there was an elevation panel but I don't see it now. I understand I could use an elevation region to create a similar effect but it appears that region is still influenced by surrounding elevation data. Inconveniently though the region isn't relative to the surrounding elevation as apparently was the flat region specification height value previously. This seems like a step backward and wondering if it is an oversight/bug in more recent versions ... or the same capability is available from some other dialog. See the manual description of "Flat Regions" AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the included example/illustration that clearly shows 3 side-by-side usages to make a flat region: lower, half lower/higher and higher than the surrounding elevation.
