I have the architectural but my library always worked until now. i am so confused!

I downloaded 2024 but I cannot see any of my catalogues anymore what ever version they are.

I am confused as my library is not displaying anything. When I search for kitchen appliance, the folder appears but I cannot click on it. Nothing is showing in the preview section either. I reset my window options, my preferences, restarted the program and nothing is working. Any ideas ?
