You can change the materials to what you want. You'll probably want a framing/footing plan, and soffits won't give you that information. I don't know what Suite has for limitations, yet if you are thinking of designing seriously, you should look at upgrading to Pro.

Hello, good day to all.
I think I got the result I wanted.
I used the exterior wall tool and after that I used the doorway tool and this is what I got.
