I just purchased Home Designer Interiors software. My understanding was that I would be able to download SSA content for the first year without additional cost. I can't figure out how to do this. The only way it is offered is if I pay an additional amount.
From the company website:
"Chief Architect offers Support & Software Assurance (SSA) on an annual basis. SSA is included with all new purchases. It is optional to renew after the first year."
Any clarification or help would be appreciated.
