Hi all,
I've had some success with modelling my house in home designer, but am stuck with how best to handle our garage, which is both detached and lower than the main house (I have attached the plan, which hopefully illustrates the problem). I have tried putting it on floor 1 (thinking it would be with the rest of the terrain) and floor 0, but both end up with the garage floating 6 metres in the air.
I would greatly appreciate if someone with more experience might suggest how they would approach this problem.
I have also uploaded the model up to where I'm at, if that's useful, but really I'm just looking for a steer. Thanks in advance.
