If I send a model to someone in the 3D viewer, are they able to acquire/modify that model if they have a Chief Architect program? Or any other CAD program?

Thanks. I own 2023 but it won’t function on my computer so I still use 2021. 
so how do you manipulate sheets on 2021?

I am having the same troubles on Pro 2021. I cannot get any page options to show. This didn't seem to help me, or I've done something wrong. Any help?
