Hi, I'm planning on finishing part of our basement, and adding a small deck and hardscape to the house. I will need software that allows interior wall creation, plumbing and electric. I will need to print drawings for a building permit application. 3D rendering and furniture are low on my list. I basically need to draw and print drawings for permits.
Which version of Home Designer will fit this need? Suite, Architectural or Pro. The Pro is more than I wanted to spend, if this is the only version that will print blue prints, I'll have to look at other software.
