    FIXED! It was a windows operation...had to reassociate default exe to CA Home Designer Architectural. Simple, only took a second to check box, only took about 15 hours of reading this and that online!

    After I downloaded and installed arch 2025 pro trial (using arch 2025 now) I no longer see CA's icons on my .plan, plan files. I see a blank page icon! So I've tried all I can think of to fix this. But was not able to.... 1. uninstalled Arch 2025 pro trial. nope 2. uninstalled CA arch 2025 (original) and reinstalled. nope 3. system restore. nope 4. installed windows 11 on new hard drive (clean install no back-up) and installed CA 2025 Architectural. keep in mind there's only CA and windows on this drive! nope Review: missing CA's .plan icons. Even after a clean windows 11 and reinstalling Chief still no proper Icons! (all updates done). How is this possible?! messing about (2).plan
