using home designer pro 2022. added a 2nd floor bonus room and the square footage doesn't increase the living area total. I've made sure the "include in living area" is checked

The living area sqft doesn't display on the floor plan. I have had this happen before and doing a plan check has always brought it back up. I have done that and it still will not display. Thanks for any help.
