Does anyone know where one can find a person who is extremely proficient in the home designer software. I have been using for many years but only to produce single floor layouts. I am currently using Home Designer Suite 2023. As I tried to describe, I need to prepare complete drawings of my Maine cottage that has been builtt, over a 15 year period. Each section has been added as a seperate project resulting in the structure that exists today. We need the complete drawings to allow for us to demolish sections 2 and 3 and construct a new structure that will connect the original cottage (Section 1) with the existing 2 story section 4. I am very computer literate but need to find out how to use the software to design the existing four section structure. If the documentation does not exist (I cannot find) I would like to locate a resource that I would pay to spend time on this endeavor.

I am designing a house with four sections: Section 1: One story on a slab with gable roof. Section 2: One story on a slab with hip roof located between sections 1 and 2. Section 3: One and one half story (12 foot wall height to accomodate stairs to Section 4) with a flat roof. Section 4: Two story with a full basement connected to section 3 with a gable roof. Section 4 has a covered porch with a hip roof. Where can I find instructions on how to design differing wall heights, different number of floors, and different roof styles for a single house?
