Hello all, I built a standard ranch style house with an attached garage. I do need the garage to have 12ft ceilings versus the 8ft ceilings the house will have. The garage and the house are split with one exterior wall. I have both ceiling measurements as I want them and the roof look great except for one section where the house and garage meet...... I believe the issue might be caused by the overhang???? In my screen shots you can see the issue as well as the plan and roof line issue (which I think is the overhang?) Can anyone give me information to remedy the issue?
