Yes exactly. If I set the balcony room to have a roof, the roof looks like this: If I change the size of the balcony and I select no roof above this room, the roof doesn't change with the size of the balcony. So there seems to be some kind of fixed overhang defined - but I can't find where?

Hi Everybody, A question of roofs. I added the balcony to the building below. In the ground floor, I used exterior walls with doorways in order to generate four columns. In the first floor, I used half walls as railing. I selected the room which was generated and checked "no roof above this room". Still, as you see below, the whole roof was prolonged to cover the balcony. It looks to me as if the properties of the outer wall where modified and the overhang was extended. But it's the same overhang as everywhere else. In both floors. Does somebody know where this comes from? Thank you so much! Chris

Hi Guys, I have a building where the second living floor is in the attic. I understand I have to generate a new floor and then select Move the roof over the highest floor up according to this https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00979/message-you-created-an-object-on-the-attic-floor.html. I cannot select "move the roof over the highest floor up". I have Home Designer Suite 2022 - is this feature not included or am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Chris

Hi Guys, I just got started with Home Designer Suite. I don't know how I did it, but there is a roof above the basement on one side of the building, and I am not able to get rid of it. Does anybody know how to fix this? And a second question, my ground level floor is not levelled with the garden outside - is it possible to bring garden and ground floor to the same level?
