Oooo.. after looking the plans over more there are several issues caused by the change in the stem wall... gonna try to manually adjust them.
-
I cant thank you enough.... I am not sure how on earth is didn't click on that combination of changes in the 7 hrs plus of fiddling... but I missed it... Thanks for the solution. Still cant believe I spent that kind of time and missed it....Chief Architect should be paying you! Can I make a contribution to you or something? BTW... when I made the changes it adjusted some of the stem wall heights... i adjusted them manually and all seems well. What may have caused this?

I searched all of the suggested locations for help. They all seem to cover full basement issues or walk out basements. I am sure there is a proper format to accomplish what I am trying to do... literally 1 in every 10 houses have this type of basement. I just cant find instruction to get it done and have spent probably 7 hours trying to "fiddle" my way through the problem.

Well... I drew the basement using the foundation walls tool then demensioned it (16.245' x 15.7'). I then edited the room from garage to basement. But could never get the basement to display with a floor and ceiling.

Are their individuals available who I could email a copy of my plan for review / correction (for a reasonable fee) ? I am having issues adding a basement and cant figure it out. The basement sits in the middle of the house. PIEDMONT BASEMENT deminsioned but not pulled.plan
