    My basement concrete foundation (stem wall) has to be 72” bellow the top of the basement concrete floor, then (still on floor 0) I need to build a Framed 108” wall (with siding) that will reach the lower level of floor 1. How do I do this? I tried using Pony wall but I’m totally stumped….

    I'm building a foundation, in the "Build Foundation" I specified the Minimum Stem wall height to be 103.5" (8'-7 1/2") Why on the Cross section is my foundation height 9'-3 1/2"?

    I'm trying to build a basement wall which includes (interior) 1.5" Styrofoam, and 2x4 insulated frost wall The total width is 13 inches BUT, the 8” concrete wall is not centered to the footing How do I center the foundation wall?
