    I am running Home Designer Architectural 2021, and had spent hours on the site trying to figure it out.  Hence I came up with the texture and material above.  The texture, while you can't see it in the picture, because it is representing grout that is a close color match to the the tile pattern.  The Material below it is the actual tile, I have tried another that that is rotated to Vertical, but am still getting the same results.     I am trying to design a shower wall with 12x24 inch tile, with a 1/3 offset between tile.  I can't find any tutorial or tips to do this, instead I get the material expanded out to cover the whole wall. Attaching pictures to demonstrate- Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    I am working with a firm that uses Chief Architect to run their business, etc.  I am hoping to use their files (without all the project management, pricing, etc. capabilities to do my own 3D custom walk throughs of our planned remodeling.  Is this possible?  Can I get the files and load them in Home Designer (Pro or Architect) so I can do things like swap out tile colors, etc. easily?
