i am using home designer 2019

second floor is ofset in X 2" how do is shift the floor without changing dimensions?

how do i create a banquet, a built-in bench in a corner.

i also have another issue. i have an old house and the stairs treads are 9" and the risers are 9.25" total non standard. the program will not let me make those stairs. how can i change the riser height
