I wrote it under my name in my question - I'm using Home Designer : Architect 2021, is that the info you need? Also how do I address it to the support staff, does that just mean emailing the "contact us" link on the website?

Every time I make a 360 view, it shows a random wall in the middle of the room. Its in every room and in a different spot depending on where I start the camera. I dont understand whats happening. Below are screen shots of what I see in the 3D vs the screen shots of the 360.... What is creating this??

How do I create glass sliding doors that lead to a patio that ALSO have interior bifold shuttered doors on the inside? I can create louvered shutters on a window but I cant seem to add any interior treatments to a sliding door. Please help. Thank you!
