    Yes. It doesn't matter what file I select the "Show in Explorer" button remains greyed out.

    Thank you. Everything is laid out as shown in the image you attached. The only exception is that I cannot select the "Show In Explorer" option. It is greyed out.

    I downloaded the trial version of HD Architectural 2021. I'm using it on a Dell PC running Win 10 Pro. I want to create a landscape project but when I try to create a new plan I get an error stating "Could not load default Imperial Plan template". I have no other plans and the program doesn't offer any other alternative. Is this due to the trial version? I wouldn't think so
