I have a garage that is a separate structure from my house. I'd like to create a new floor to form a bonus room, but only on the garage. As it stands right now, the house is two stories and the garage is one. When I attempt to create a second floor on the garage, it only adds a third floor to the house. How can I create a second floor only on my separate garage structure?
