I am designing a 60'X60'X16'6" private aircraft hangar.  Roof pitch 4 in 12 full gable end.

The problem I'm having is with the office area in the back.  I need those interior walls to define the office, bath and utility/mechanical rooms to have an 8' ceiling and to have joists in the ceiling to create a mezzanine storage area on top of that area.  That is where the stairs go ... up to the storage area.

Have tried the help search tool, looked at a lot of videos, but have not found a way to disconnect the interior wall height from the default wall height for the exterior walls . . . the exterior walls need to be 16'6" tall.  Every time I set the office area to be "normal" ceiling height, the exterior walls are also reduced.

Any suggested links, videos, tips and techniques would be appreciated

    Thanks in advance
