I"m have the hardest time. I'm creating a ground floor for a flood zone area. We want the front 1/2 of the ground floor to be garage and entry area with a stairwell up to the living area. and behind the garage under the main living area is an outdoor living space.
Foundation is a slap with a footer. the back part of the house needs columns to support the main living area aboove. I can't make the slap because there is no wall around the back of the garage space . I need some coaching or help please
