It is only a partial basement, I need to see the terrain and plot plan in relation to the second floor (entire footprint of the house) to see the setbacks, etc. If I copy paste terrain objects it does not transfer elevation data. Any other ideas how to make this work?

I have designed a house with 3 floors. Currently all my terrain and elevation data shows on floor 1. Floor 1 is a walkout/basement and I would like to be able to see the terrain perimeter and elevation data on the 2nd floor instead. Is there a way to adjust which floor shows the terrain perimeter in my plan view? Things I have tried. Creating a foundation (floor 0) and exchanging 1st floor with floor 0. It won't let allow me to exchange a foundation with another floor.
