I teach beginning archy and one of my students is trying to put a small studio type apartment above a detached garage. Every time he tries to put a second floor above the garage it adds an third floor to the finished house floor plan or it will put the walls above the garage roof. He has been playing around with this for several days and is getting frustrated. Any help appreciated. Thanks, R. Faust
