Any help would be greatly appreciated! My shortcut toolbar won't show up at the top. The side tool palette opens, but don't have full palette at the top. I've trouble shooted, reset factory settings on everything. I don't even have a toolbar to click on under view. I only have something called scrollbars that doesn't do anything. I've tried everything on website on how to get toolbar back, but none of it works, mostly due to the fact I don't have a toolbars button to click on.
Toolbar is there, but nothing pops up when i hit edit...
