Is that an option in Suite? If so, how do i access?

Matted frame, inserted Monet "Water Lillies." All the action did was change color within frame. I have inserted mirror without issue.

I have suite. Having trouble with inserting artwork or photo into picture frame on wall. Followed standard procedure: elevation view-insert matted frame on wall-select artwork-click "spray can" inside framed area. No picture appears, just darkens interior of frame. What am I doing wrong? Tks for the help.
