So this is where i'm having trouble - which walls am I resetting to full gable? Is there a way to separate the wall in the front that I'm not aware of?

Hey all, I'm working on recreating my house that we're currently building through a builder. I am having the hardest time getting my roof line right. Here is how my roof is SUPPOSED to look. Here's where I've gotten so far: What I can't figure out how to do is that peak. Every time I mess with the rooflines it messes up the entire house. Anyone have any tips or tricks?
