    I just upgraded from Home Designer Architiectural 2019 to Pro 2019.

    I tried to install the new program but I keep getting an error 2503 and then error 2502.

    I tried to uninstall the Architectural 2018 and got the same error.

    What steps do I need to take to fix this?
