Thank you solver I appreciate your quick response. Why do they give a "X10/2019" download option? Obviously I would have assumed that if there was ANY indication that it's only available when using a different software package. Trying to fix to a bug that isn't a bug... sigh. It's an incorrect platform description... I wish they would "fix" that I wonder if the manufacturer knows their product isn't available to the masses?

I've successfully downloaded numerous catalogs but the one "unique" catalog for accessibility states the object is not compatible. I choose HD PRO 2019 download so if it isn't compatible why is that a choice? I'm so confused...
