My plan has a walkout basement on 1 side of the house. I need the foundation wall on that side only to go 42" deeper than the other walls for frost protection. Is there a way to just make 1 wall of a room deeper? I can change the room specifications and make the stem wall taller, but that changes all the walls and I just want one of the wall taller.

Floor framing is putting 2 joists under a wall. Is there a way to have only 1 without manually deleting them I am using Pro 2019

I would appreciate a fix, even if I can't edit it. What options does premier have that pro doesn't. I have been considering upgrading but haven't wanted to spend the money for it unless I get alot more features/tools. Thanks

I have managed to delete the attic walls below but still can't get the gable wall to display if I move it out. I've looked through help files and can't find anything that helps me.

I want my gable wall to be out 12" from the main wall below. One gable move out properly. The other one will not display. I noticed that there are some attic walls showing on the main floor that I can't delete. I don't know why they are there. Any help in deleting them and getting my gable wall to display?
