How do I design a house so the attached garage plates are the same height as the house walls? The floor of the garage is abut 40 inches lower than the house floor. I am using Home Designer Suite 2012.

When I use the Full Overview I get this warning: The extents of the view being generated are unusually large. This may be caused by an object that is very far away from the origin. What does it mean and how do I address the issue?
