I'm revising the foundation in a plan, and suddenly have a new mark I wasn't expecting, and can't explain: an "S" with a line drawn to a point in the foundation wall. So far, I haven't found an explanation for this mark. Can anyone point me to an explanation?

I have Home Designer Pro 2018, and am trying to create an effect similar to the exterior wall detail shown in the attached photo. Is this possible with Pro? If so, how? Thanks in advance, Ken
