If you have SketchUp on your device, open the file you downloaded and save it to an earlier version - like 2013.

That should resolve the issue

When I open my CA HD Pro 2019 today, all my Category Folders in the User Catelog have duplicate itself... Why would this happen?

Each new folder has exactly the same content as the original one.

But when I delete the duplicate folder and go back to the original folder, it pops up with an error that the content "cannot be reached or the file is corrupt"...?

I reverted back to my back-up file in the Database folder, but now it does not want to read that file any more either so my Back-up file is useless...

Can anyone please advise

We export the DWG file and re-create the 3D view in a third party software such as 3Ds Max to do a render
