Deepblue

I have my basic house plan completed and have decide that I need to make it smaller. I want to take 2' out of the middle of the floor plan leaving the rooms on either side the same. How can I do this? Every thing I try changes the room dimensions, my design has a living/entry in the middle with rooms on either side.
