How to add flooring to the basement?

I am creating my Bungalow house.  After the basement floor was created, it has no flooring.  How can i add the concrete floor as part of the foundation and then add a finishing floor like carpet?

By default, it should have a slab and flooring.

 

Start a new plan. Draw one room on the 1st floor. Build your foundation setting the height to 100".

 

What do you get?

yes, this time I have the floor.  Not sure at what time i deleted in my other plan, but how can i put it back?

Most likely, if you  open  the Room Specification Dialog - Structure Tab you will see that the "Floor" is probably set to zero inches which means NO  FLOOR, so if you want a floor in the basement or foundation you must set its thickness and material type via that dialog. Once you add those values and materials only then will you see a floor in camera views. Take a  look.

Eric, David,

I have attached my file.  I tried to follow the suggestion of adding dimensions to the Floor structure but i could not.

 

Not sure if I am still missing something else
