I can edit everything else on the 2nd floor, and the "room specification" functions fine on the 1st floor and the detached garage 1005 2 story.plan 16 car.plan 235 frontage.plan Alt 1.plan.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DerekPedersen Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Hello, The typical cause of this is that you have a broken wall connection. Zoom into all of the wall intersections and make sure they are connected. If there is a small gap, room definition is lost and you won't be able to open the room specification dialog box.
