Void on the entrance hall and staircase

Hi, 

 

We have a draft plan for our house and we'd like to visualize the floor plan using Home Designer Suite 2021. My main challenge is the void in our stairs.

 

When I added a second floor, I don't know how to put this void above the stairs. I am fairly new in using this app so any help will be much appreciated.

Your "void" is called a stairwell. 

 

A search using the programs built in Help, or on homedesignersoftware.com will turn up instructions.
