thomaswrench Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 Hey all! I am looking at the best way to replicate these two unique roof lines on my house. You can see the porch as a shed style, along with a horizontal ridge above the 2nd story window, and the 2nd floor over the garage is a 1 1/2 story style roof. I have attached my current design, along with some reference photos of the house. Any help would be amazing! solver Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 Attaching your plan file will help someone help you. Close Architectural first. You might experiment with Extend Slope Downward. LawB10 Posted March 22, 2020 Share Posted March 22, 2020 Why did you stop working? LOL Put a roof over the Porch and gable the side wall, Gable the wall where the Garage is. Go to the second floor, click on the front wall that's gabled and check auto roof return, choose the length and extension you want, do the same for the back wall and check full. Lower the second floor ceiling heights and then turn off auto rebuild roofs and reset the second floor ceiling heights. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
