I don't see that option anywhere in the railing specification. I would like to change the top rail on my railing to a square profile instead of the round one displayed in the image below. Thank you!! Resilient Posted March 10, 2020 Author Share Posted March 10, 2020 I have updated my signature line to reflect the Home Designer Pro 2020. I have watched the "railing walls" video listed below. In the video, under the "railing defaults", there is a tab for "rails", where he is able to to change the top, bottom, and middle rail profiles. Is this possible in Home Designer Pro 2020? solver Posted March 11, 2020 Share Posted March 11, 2020 That video is for Chief, not Home Designer. I see no direct control over rail profile in Home Designer. It looks like from your image above you are using Panels. If so, you may be able to build a railing in another program like SketchUp and import it for use as a railing panel.
